patience: i will do my best to get your commission done as soon as physically possible. sometimes there are things out of my control (i.e. getting the source material takes longer than expected) and i ask that you are patient with me. i will try to keep you updated, but if you need an update feel free to send an ask.

deposits: all commissions require a non-refundable deposit which must be paid before work begins. this shows me you're serious about following through. icon bases are $5 USD and theme bases are $10 USD.

payment: payment is due once the commission is complete. at this time the only option for payment is paypal. other options may be available in the future, but for now all payments will go through paypal.

credit: all graphics need to be credited whether in your rules or on a credit page. the theme codes have credit coded into them and must not be removed.

commissions: none of the items, whether free or for sale or even commissioned, may be used in your own commissions. in other words, you can't make money from anything you got from houseofsol.

bases: the icons available on this site are bases; meaning they haven't had any psds added to them. all that have been done to them, other than making them from the screenshots, is sharpening during the batch process.the standard size for all bases is 200x100. you are welcome to resize them as long as credit to houseofsol as the base maker is listed somewhere on your blog.

price: while some icon bases are free, there are some that contain prices. those prices are based on the number of icons in a zip. the breakdown can be found on the price list.

commissions: whether or not i accept a commission depends on the availability of the source. if i can't find the source and get my hands on it, i cannot fill your commission. the prices are similar to the premade bases, unless you are looking for a tv show character. then the prices will be based on the number of episodes along with the number of finished icon bases.

options: for an extra fee, there will be an option where your icons commission will not be posted for sale to the general public. it will be listed on the price list along with all the other prices.

bases: the codes available on this site are bases; meaning they have everything you need to put your blog together except graphics. the personalization of the theme is all up to you!

price: while most of the premade theme bases are free, there will be some that will have a price attached to them. this is due to certain elements included that aren't in the free base themes. those extras can be found on the price list.

commissions: when it comes to base code commissions, i will not create themes that recreate themes that wereo or are on cxpt, ofangelicblood, bastxrds, affcgato, masterwcrk, or any other blog myself or monroe have had. any themes found on those blogs were commissioned and i will not recreate them. you will also not alter the code to recreate said themes. paying for the code does not give you the right to recreate other commissioned themes.

terms: each theme base post has terms and should you be found to be breaking those terms you will be requested to remove the theme in question. i have worked hard on these codes and breaking the terms disrespects myself and the work i did.

altering: even though it is stated on each theme post, i ask that you do not alter the code so it is unrecognizable from its original form. you are allowed to alter it to your heart's content, but you cannot change it's original look. especially if it's to recreate a paid theme.

requests: i will only take three icon base commissions at a time. this will allow me to find the source material and not become overwhelmed. unfortunately there will not be a wait list past the initial three. but once a commission is completed a spot will open up and then you will be free to make a request.

a flat $35 USD price per movie/per 10 episodes of a tv show for just screencaps.

nothing will be done to these as they will be the raw caps that were ripped from the movie or show.
